“Covid-19, THE BRUTAL MONSTER” which had and still is ravaging every tourist and their plans not even to mention the devastating slippery slope it has on people’s personal lives, businesses, etc.

Then the relief of being rescued by having such a terrific Travel Agent like yourself Jeanetta, who is working for such a reliable Travel Agency as Pentravel, who has raging crusades month after month to resolve the traveling problems for tourists like myself. Twice (2) our flight plans got rescheduled and now it has been cancelled due to the COVID-19-Demon.

We would like to take the opportunity in thanking you for your brilliant assistance; our full refund and most of all keeping us updated on our traveling plans in the near future. Its devoted people like you ensuring, that Pentravel will always stay on the top of the charts and ward off our tears, hurt, and disappointments.
