I would give twice the amount of 5 stars for Nadia Bishop from the Pietermaritzburg branch for outstanding and exceptional service going beyond her office time duties to attend to my vacation planning trip to Brazil
I would give twice the amount of 5 stars for Nadia Bishop from the Pietermaritzburg branch for outstanding and exceptional service going beyond her office time duties to attend to my vacation planning trip to Brazil. Attentive and patient offering not only the best service but the best advise. What seemed to be a trip cancellation turned into an instant booking as she explained all and reassured us of all in detail to make sure we feel secure we are making the correct vacation decision. We are so excited about our upcoming trip all because Nadia made it possible. Thank you Pentravel you truelly have a gem working for you. From Veronica Morrison
