I was planning a trip to Paris, as I was attending a conference there and wished to extend my stay for sightseeing and leisure purposes. I was assisted by Lindsay Ransom from the Cape Town branch. She was lovely - from start to end. She saw to my every need, was available via email even during my time in Paris and always looked for the best options in terms of tours, hotels etc. She is reliable, efficient and friendly.
