I visited the Pentravel branch in Brooklyn Mall where I was assisted by Amy De Beer. As this was my first ever international trip, also on my own. Amy assisted me with alot of questions and requirements. I do believe that I was a dificult customer but she still attend to all my questions and needs to ensure that I will have the best first trip ever. Everything that se arranged went smoothly. From flights, to pick-ups and the accomodation. I felt safe the whole time. Thank you Amy for helping me make my first international trip unforgettable. I am looking forward to be planning my next trip with you.
