I used pentravel to assist me on the planning of my Europe trip. I was assigned Ana as my travel agent. She was absolutely amazing very attentive, she did thorough research on accommodations, activities, flights ect. She really took into account my safety in helping me make decisions as I am a young female travelling alone which I appreciated a lot. I would highly recommend planning your next trip with pentravel.
