I have on a previous overseas trip in 2018 made use of the services of Ristelle Louw at the Brooklyn branch of Pentravel. When I made an email enquiry during February 2026 when we planned a new trip on whether she is still at this branch to assist in a planned trip to Portugal and Spain, she responded immediately. I was delighted to find out that she would be able to assist again. We were extremely satisfied with the efficient and friendly service, good advice and assistance that we received from Pentravel, and in particular from Ristelle. She made all the necessary arrangements, including the bookings for our flights via Istanbul to Lisbon and back from Barcelona via Istanbul to OR Tambo, as well as our hotels in Lisbon, Barcelona and Istanbul and transfer from Istanbul airport to the hotel and back again. She also assisted with our reservations on a Norwegian Cruise line cruise from Lisbon to Barcelona. The hotels were well chosen and all arrangements went smoothly. A job well done!
