She truly went above and beyond — beating competitors’ prices, coming in under my budget, and even adding extra value to my trip to Victoria falls. Providing specialised insight into what the trip will actually be like on the ground. Heike was quick, professional, and incredibly polite throughout the whole process. Payment was simple and seamless, and she made every step extremely easy. Thanks to her efficiency and care, I’m able to travel with complete peace of mind.
