I dealt with Nikita ...
I dealt with Nikita Williams, who doesn't know, but i contacted pentravel and two other large travel agencies for quotes after absolutely terrible service from a certain factory...(cough, cough). My quote was finalized, and my holiday booked in 5 hours after struggling for about a month a half. Thank you, Nikita and Pentravel, who also came in the cheapest of all the quotes. We are looking forward to an amazing holiday.
