Great Service - My expectations were exceeded

We travelled to Zanzibar for our 15th anniversary from 14th to 21st of September 2024. Angelique from Pentravel East Rand provided us with the most amazing experience. She was extremely professional and made our anniversary very special. Everything was organised from accommodation to transport etc. We received all the required documents way in advance and she also gave us the information we needed before our trip. We were even upgraded to executive suites on both hotels. The Drivers were always on time and provided us with a good service too.

Thank you Angelique for the wonderful experience and you will hear from us again when we go to Mauritius. I will recommend you to my friends and family too, this is what service excellence is all about.
