Great service - much more than expected!

We decided to go on holiday during the July holidays. We did not have a definite idea of where we wanted to go, but we had a budget and dates and looked for different packages. My usual travel agent came up with one, extremely ****py, suggestion. I decided to take matters into my own hands and use Google. <br> <br> One of the hits was for Pentravel. I requested info via their website, and was contacted shortly by Natasha. This all happened late on a Friday afternoon.<br> <br> Natasha was a delight to deal with from the start. She asked the right questions and understood what we wanted. By Saturday afternoon we received an e-mail with 4 different options, all of which were suitable. We decided on going to ****et, but I was not entirely comfortable with resort suggested. Within an hour we received a new option, which we loved. She listened to my concerns and fixed it. All with a smile, fast and efficient.<br> <br> She was friendly and knowledgeable about her field. She listened and went the absolute extra mile to guarantee that we are satisfied with our choices. I already informed her that she is my first choice for travel arrangements from now on. Will definitely make use of her services in future.
