Great service from Pentravel Cresta
I would like to thank Joyce Lopepe and her colleagues at Pentravel Cresta in helping with my Maldives holiday. Joyce thank you for your patience in dealing with my endless questions as you knew it was my first time traveling overseas. You helped get me a better quote when I explained the holiday coincided with my birthday. You remained friendly and kind. And made me feel important, that my business mattered to you. You even asked me for pictures. Joyce and colleagues you are the reason why travel agencies matter!
