Great service from a mall travel agency - Pentravel
They restored my faith in travel agencies - Very attentive, and responsive. When my flight out of Heathrow was delayed, my connecting flight was booked seamlessly, and Pentravel also made sure I got the seat I needed because of my height. particular shout out to Janine from the Somerset branch.
