A big thank you to Cindy Gonçalves for making our family adventure a hassle-free experience. From the moment I stepped into the Pentravel at the Bedford center and the multiple emails and queries I had, she had been so patient and eager to help. Cindy valued how important this trip was to me and my daughters. She respected the fact that I had saved up for years to treat my girls. Though we are not high-flying jet setters, she made every effort to make us feel important and special.
