Great service appreciation 10/10
My experience with Pentravel has been amazing. Its been 3-4 years that I have entrusted them with curating our family annual holiday (which we usually take during December peak time)
From the very first time I got in contact with them until now they have never disappointed me, instead the service and care keeps getting better. A special shout-out to Rebecca from the Bedfordview office, ooh her recommendations on destinations has been spot-on (over the years she has gotten to understand our needs and her delivery each time exceeds out expectations. Keep it up my angel - we truly appreciate your work ethic and excellent service.
We are hooked on Pentravel. Till the next adventure!
