I recently booked a trip with Kristie at Pentravel Tygervalley and from the word go she was so helpful and took away the stress of having to do all the planning ourselves. From helping with the decision on which cruise to do, to booking pre and post cruise hotel accommodation and flights, she took charge of everything - always so polite, professional and very patient with us.

We are super excited and looking forward to our Greek Isle cruise as we know that everything will go smooth sailing/cruising - thanks to Kristie, you're the best!
