GOING OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP

after a lot of hick-ups with different travel agencies I met NOMULELO HEWANA. from PENTRAVEL EASTGATE more than 18 months ago. she helped me with very difficult arrangements and for the first time everything just went smooth and there were no problems with the flights or with customs!. after that I just believe in NOMBULELO and every I have to make arrangements I phoned NOMBULELO for assistance. 2 weeks ago it was time for another booking, but this flights was not including South-Africa. she explained to me that she can only assist whenever during this flights, somewhere it must touched SA soil, which in this case was not possible. NOMBULELO could hear the concern in my voice and she immediate put me at ease and offer to see what she can do to help me. in less than a week she helped and guide me through online bookings and this morning I received my tickets for all the flights!!!! without NOMBULELO I would never manage this on my own, as I did try and no-one was able to help me. I believe that NOMBULELO is an Angel put on my way. PENTRAVEL EAST GATE must take good care of this lady because she is really a huge asset for them. I will always make use of her. THANX NOMULELO!!
