GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND

My husband and I were planning a trip for our honeymoon when he saw a fabulous deal of Pentravel's shared by a friend on Facebook. We were very indecisive about where to go and what costs for each idea was like. I decided to comment on their post as we are based in different cities and visiting them was out of the question, and within minutes I received a response from one of the agents, and a very helpful lady named Shanice Pillay called me and spent a long time on the phone chatting and going through each of our honeymoon options thoroughly. She was so helpful and efficient with emailing me details and flyers, answering question after question and assisting me in every way possible to make the best decision for me and my hubby. When she was on leave, the service did not stop. I sent an email and again with in only a few minutes I received a reply from her manager Jasmine Monk to continue with all my questions and their fabulous service.
