False Advertising
Pentravel has 2 experiences to Vic Falls noted on their site for accommodation at the 4 Star The David Livingstone Safari Lodge and Spa. Travel dates noted are 02 May – 30 June 2025 & 01 Jul – 31 December 2025 (Package ID 992 & 1008 respectively). Upon requesting a quote – it was noted that the hotel is currently closed for refurbmishment and will only be operational end of July/beginning of August. What is the basis on which the packages are advertised since it has clearly not been vetted? It must be noted that Zelda Pienaar who assisted via the WhatsApp channel was most helpful in assisting with alternate accommodation for quotes and was very pleasant to deal with. This however does not rectify the inaccuracy of the packages advertised.

Whereby the David Livingston Safari Lodge and Spa is currently under renovations (unfortunately this is taking longer than expected and unforeseen), they are still open for soft sales.
Based on the ongoing renovations, we do prefer not to sell the property over this time period so that that our clients may have an uninterrupted and memorable holiday.
We will ask Zelda to make contact to discuss further and see how she is able to assist.
