extra-ordinary service

I contacted Deidre de Swart by e-mail for quotes on airline tickets to Singapore and a quote for a cruise on "Mein Schiff" - a german cruiseliner that friends of mine booked for a cruise over Christmas. We decided at short notice to join them from South Africa. Although Deidre could not assist with the cruise -as it was only available via german travel agencies- she went out of her way to assist with the flight bookings and hold seats for us during this high season period until we finalized the exact dates and additional routing required.

She continuously came back to me to check whether everything is ok and whether there is anything else she can help with. Really service with a smile!@!
