We have been dealing with Carolyn Fall from PENTRAVEL Somerset West, for well over 10 years. I have, on occasion, tried to book my own air fares, or cruises, but always go back to Carolyn for her professional service, support and advice with best fares and options, dates, visas and follow ups - even after hours. I can always rely on Carolyn for expert advice with regards to quick answers and replies to queries, the best fares, times of flights, check ins and layovers. Carolyn has always put our minds at ease when it comes to whether a visa is required or not and warns us timeously whether our current visas and passports are still valid.
