Exemplary service
Made use of Pentravel for the first time and met with Agent Natalie Boshoff. She provided excellent service and booked the whole trip for us. Where she actually went above and beyond the call of duty was after the Cruise when I had trouble getting back a refund fro the provider. She really went out of her way to facilitate payment of the refund. Her efforts need to be commended and it is greatly appreciated.
