Exelent Service
Pentravel has a gem at Somerset West by the name of Willicia. This good lady is professional and extremely knowledgeable about the travel bookings and the pit falls if one does the wrong thing. The big plus is Willcia's patience when explaining things to us pensioners to make sure we understand every aspect of our travel plan. 5 Stars all round
