Exceptional Service by Melissa Vorster

Melissa Vorster is an exceptional travel agent, she did a great job when he booked for my husband last year October and she did a fantastic job one again when she did our travel insurance. When I was at the mall just 3 days before my departure she asked if I had printed the documents and at the time I hadn’t she offered to print them for me and she also packed them nicely for me in a travel pack, she offered me advice in terms of exchanging money and went beyond her services. She helped me beyond her call of duty, she is fantastic, I even asked that my child football club should give her a chance to do our group booking when we get to travel again
