Exceptional service - Bronwen Mckinnell
Having not travelled for 18 months since Covid, we were nervous when booking a trip to the Maldives. Bronwen Mckinnell from Pentravel in Durban was simply 7-star. She helped allay our fears, found us the best option for our anniversary, helped when we shifted our dates and placed us at an exceptional resort. Every expectation was surpassed, from the beach, to the water villa, to the food. It is comforting to know and trust a travel agent, and I feel that we found our agent for life. Thank you.
