Exceptional Service

I would like to thank Jeahan Emara (Gigi) from Pentravel Tygervalley for her exceptional service and assistance in booking our trip to Mauritius. I went to 3 different Travel agencies, to see where I can get the best deal and service. I have burnt my fingers before with booking accommodation for overseas with inexperienced travel agents. She was the only one that came back with a nice variety of options and suggestions. Although we came in a bit over my initial budget we ended up with the perfect holiday. By changing my flights to a few days earlier we saved a substantial amount in Airfare and we were also then able to stay n few days longer as was our initial request. She went out of her way to try to accommodate us with what was still available on short notice and in the end we received even better accommodation and flight options. I can highly recommend her for her outstanding patience and perseverance and exceptional service.
