Exceptional
Preanca from Pentravel is very helpful and knowledgeable in what she does. She is always friendly and is able to explain the questions I wanted to know about. She even runs with queries with the country that you are traveling to. A very exceptional human being. I dealt with her on two different travels and she arranged each one with such expertise. I would always deal with her on further travels. Rate 10/10
