Excellent support with Grand Voyage booking
Milette is truly a star and passionate about customer service. I enquired about taking a Grand Voyage in August last year and Milette came back to me the same day still. Her commitment to be the one stop shop is remarkable. She has been a partner in this from the first day. Assisted us through changing our minds, finding us alternative flights that will bring us straight back home after our trip, adding packages and the hundreds of questions asked. Not once did I feel that my endless requirement for support caused her any frustration. She always acted and responded with utmost professionalism yet making me feel like I was dealing with a friend. She definitely changed my mind about booking trips and ensured that we already have the next one on our radar. <br> Thank you Milette. <br>
