I had the pleasure of being assisted by Chanel Pallent of the La Lucia branch in Durban Kwa Zulu Natal. After being let down by my previous travel agent I came across Chanel who not only made my relocating to the UK during these stressful times in regards to my flights and quarantine arrangements - Chanel from the start of our first consult to to the day I landed at my last destination I have been given confidence and reassurance as from what Chanel produced for my journey was stress free and her knowledge and customer service I was experiencing was beyond amazing. Every question and non question I had, Chanel had it already prepped and paperwork already printed and as she guided me through the process of what I would be experiencing was stress free. I have been in the sales industry and customer service industry for over 18 years - and I believe in the service that is honored must be shared and recognized by the company - Thank you Chanel for what i can say was 100% very good service delivered and accepted by me.
