Excellent service received
Hi,<br> <br> We booked a holiday to Dubai, Bangkok and ****et in December 2014 thru Pentravel Kloof and received the best service we ever got from a travel agent.<br> <br> Storm Green was our consultant and his service was excellent.<br> <br> He was patient and tolerant. <br> <br> Hotel transfers from airports to hotels and back were on time, luxury vehicles were used and drivers were excellent.<br> <br> Hotels were very clean and neat. <br> <br> Storm followed up before we departed to ensure our visas were organized although this was on my account to arrange.<br> <br> We will use Pentravel Kloof again to book our next holiday.<br> <br> Satish<br>
