Excellent service from the friendliest agent :)
Booking my trip through Marni Eloff, at Pentravel Brooklyn, was the best decision I could have made... She is fast, efficient, kind, and empathetic. It gives me so much relief knowing that my booking is in good hands. Even after booking and paying for our trip, she would regularly send me relevant information pertaining to my trip which elevates a lot of the usual travel stress.
I am grateful for her friendly service and will, without a doubt, book all my future trips with her.
