Excellent Service from Noxolo @ Pentravel Pavillion!
We recently had a trip to Thailand with the help of Noxolo Ngcobo from the Pavillion branch.
She was very helpful from start to finish. We had some disappointment with the Comair dilemma and a few other hiccups and it seemed our trip wouldn’t happen. Noxolo was on it and ensured that we got to have our holiday.
This was excellent service. All our communication was online, which makes us appreciate her assistance even more. We definitely recommend Pentravel and Noxolo! 😌
