Excellent service, Carina Faulconer
Carina Faulconer is truly a gem. She has helped us countless times over the years, including the challenging times in Covid when I was stuck abroad. When booking through her I can rest assured that I will be aware of any changing rules and regulations and she will be available at any point when flights are cancelled or changed and be there to help manage the situation in the best way possible. I cannot recommend her enough.
