Excellent Service and Patience

This was my first excursion, long-distance via plane in 30 years. I had never left or come back to South Africa by plane before, it had always been a ship. To say I was nervous about the planning was an understatement. I was hoping to make the trip just before my wife’s birthday, as we had not seen each other in 7 months, and I wanted to surprise her. As a result of that, there were very few people who knew I was making the trip and very few people I could talk to about it. In comes Pentravel Cape Gate and Nicole Stoltz, the Branch Manager. I had Google travel agents in the area and this one appealed to me. I went in the first day during load-shedding and Nicole had just stepped out, but the pleasant young lady that assisted me said she would get back to me. I was in a hurry, so I ended up phoning and emailing her. Even though it was the weekend she got back to me and started planning my flight for me. She was fast efficient and so helpful. By the time we had finished emailing each other on Sunday, I said to her I would be in on Monday to finalise everything and pay.

Monday, I went in with an extensive list of questions, which she patiently answered and when I went back to her prior to my leaving with questions, she still helped me very politely and patiently. Her knowledge of what was required and what should be packed where was excellent. She was able to assist me with the insurance for medical and my luggage and again was able to advise me on different routes to take in this regard as I was only flying one way.

She arranged excellent transport to take me to the airport with Avis and to pick me up at Manchester airport with "Addison Lee Reservations”. The attention she paid me and her patience with my questions and advice given is really appreciated. I would recommend Nicole to anyone planning to go overseas on a visit. Thanks, Nicole, for all your effort and time and for making me feel special.
