Excellent Service
Besides going the extra mile Bianca showed true professionalism in dealing with my challenge, a great attitude, very efficient and nothing was too much effort. What also impressed me was the team effort at the branch, at times Bianca was either dealing with another customer or at a meeting yet her fellow team members were more than happy to assist, most impressive :-)
