Excellent service
My recent experience with Pentravel Cresta. I could not believe the service I got from Madelein Rall so pleasant and helpful with a big smile, no other Travel agency had been able to help me without saying "we will come back to you". and didn't. When I first entered the agency I got big friend smiles from all the girls in there, A very pleasant experience. I would recommend this branch and particularly Madelein to every one. Richard Melville
