Excellent Customer Service from Nikita Quinton at Pentravel
I have been dealing with Nikita Quinton from Pentravel. She has always provided excellent customer service in meeting our expectration and travel requirements. She even went beyond the call of duty in assisting us through a period of uncer*****y (COVID-19) in ensuring that we did not lose our booking and we were not penalised for matters beyond our control. Thank you Nikta for your patience and assistance.
