Excellent customer service
I received excellent customer service from Shanice Thomas from the Pavilion Shop no. 247 branch. She was so patient with all my requests, nothing was too silly a question. She made me feel like her only customer on a day where there were probably hundreds of requests coming through (Black Friday).
