Excellent customer service
I made a booking through Pentravel Hillcrest. I was assisted by Megan. She was extremely efficient and helpful. I was kept informed from the time of enquiry to conclusion of booking and issuing of tickets. I called a few times to confirm other details, which she gladly advised that she will check and get back to me. I did not have to follow up with her. She always responded timeously. I would definitely want to go back to her for future travel requirements. Thank you Megan for ur excellent service.
