Our neighbors and we decided to experience cruising for the first time and we went to Pentravel in Cresta to make a booking. Everybody at this branch is very friendly and professional and they make you feel very welcome. We would have like to give a 5 star, but the only complaint we have is that this cruise we went on was the RSG Oppiwater Kunste Fees and as first timers we didn’t know anything about booking tickets for all the different shows. We were very lucky to have made friends with one of the producers of the shows and she gave us complimentary tickets. We feel that the staff at Pentravel must inform you of all these extra expenses and not only the drink vouchers that we included in our ticket. Please when you hear it’s a first time cruise, please, please inform the people of all the extra expenses for the shows etc. and even the photo’s that are very expensive. I think more people will budget better to include all these extras and we’ve spoken to people on board that said they would have love to buy their photo’s but it’s just too expensive and their travel agents also didn’t tell them about all these extras. Other than that Pentravel is an excellent choice as travel agent and we will surely use you again, because we can’t wait to go on the new Musica.
