Dishonest Pathetic and *********
Recently engaged with Pentravel Rosebank, shocking and poor service. Booked a holiday package for 3, they pushed me to books air tickets with them despite the fact that I can get ebucks discounts. Nevertheless I receive the packaged paid for the flights and agreed to pay a deposit for the hotels as we traveling in 6 months time. Pentravel now demands full payment to secure the hotels which was confirmed,
Really not an honest company. I am now told that the Hotels that secured are non refundable this was never disclosed.
I spoke to the consultant Sharon that assisted me, for a full refund as they did not deliver as agreed received a call from the branch manager, assured me he will sort our the matter and call me back he never did. Unfortunate Sharon is very disappointing and misleading.
