Disappointing experience

Quite disappointed. I've used Pentravel years before but the experience I got this year trying to book a Vietnam and Bali trip for next year was awful. It's been a month and still waiting for Heather Hall to send the quotes as promised after following up.

It's actually better that I got ignored and she left me hanging waiting for the quotes before I had paid any money, but have to see I'm really disappointed.

I've received 3 other quotes from other agencies while still waiting for Heather to get back to me, very unprofessional and disappointing.
