Customer Service of the Higher Order
Excellent customer service from Louise Potter of Pentravel in the La Lucia Branch. I had to make air bookings from where I live in Greater London and she assisted me every step of the way and found exactly what I was looking for in terms of flights and dates. Very efficient, which made it easier for me. Kind regards, Ianthe Exall
