Cleo Geldenhuys (Pentravel ClearWater Mall) is an efficient and dynamic travel agent. She seamlessly organized a trip to the Maldives . She was always contactable, responded immediately to messages even after hours and on the weekend. She is passionate about her work and very resourceful. She gave loads of valuable advice and made sure we filled in all the correct forms etc... prior to travel during Covid. We had an amazing trips with no hiccups. She checked up on us during our trip. Cleo is a pleasure to deal with. She cares about her work and customers. I would definitely make use of her services in the future and recommend her to anyone wanting efficient and personal service.
