Carina Service
Once again, Carina, Pentravel Tygervalley, excelled in her service delivery with regards to bookings. Like previous times she would take the effort off me to read and clarify certain articles (which is intended for the client's perusal) for me which I am too busy to do! In the very recent instance she preempted the increase in flight prices after already having prepared and sent a quote! She asked whether to change the date to book at the same price as my requested dates. On my approval the new quote came through a few minutes later... I got so spoilt with this kind of service I would not even bother looking elsewhere.
