Booking Made Easy! - THANK YOU, BRYONY!
I booked a cruise with Bryony Schofield and was blown away by her amazing customer service. The whole booking process was such a pleasant experience. She is so delightful and patient. She dealt with my 1000 questions and answered every one of them to the best of her ability and in a timeous manner as well. She went out of her way to answer a few questions I had just before my trip while she was on leave and made an effort to wish us well before our trip! And that to me was VERY kind of her.
Bryony Schofield is such an asset to Pentravel. I cannot wait to book my next holiday with her!
