Booking experience with Pentravel Cape town Branch

Dealing with Pentravel Cape town branch has been the worst experience ever. More so from the agent Whitney Manjezi that my booking was allocated too. The lack of customer service has been one of the worst. From flights changing countless times and now not having a solution for accommadtion that has been affected by the flight changes. As a first time traveler this has been a very uneasy experience for me my friends with pentravel. I honestly would recommend people doing there bookings their own.
