Bianca Louw's excellent customer service
We recently booked a holiday to Zanzibar (short notice for high season). Bianca Louw has been absolutely phenomenal. She went out of her way to make this family holiday possible. There were so many challenges with our booking, trying to find a hotel with interconnecting rooms. Bianca persevered and kept me updated so we could finally confirm our booking. Highly recommend working with Bianca! Thank you again
