Best Service - Michelle Streicher @ Pentravel Menlyn Park
This review is simply due to Michelle Streicher @ Pentravel Menlyn Park. From the first day I enquired to the last few days of my trip, with all my ups and downs, all my cancellations and changes she was amazing, patient, friendly, so helpful. I mean she was always only too happy to help. Pentravel, you guys have a super star ***** she is a brilliant sales agent, and really an asset to your company. I honestly feel Michelle can actually teach people about quality service with a smile....... Michelle have a great 2023 !!
