Best service I've ever received in South Africa

Insanely good service from Joanne at the Canal Walk Branch. Travelled for the first time and was never confused or concerned with any of my bookings/plans. She recommended nice and affordable places and booked everything for me quickly, while keeping me in the loop. I highly recommend her and luckily, you don't need to live or be in Cape Town or speak to her about your travel plans. Life would be great in this country if everyone who helps you over the phone is as good as this gal.
