I contacted Pentravel via their website chat and Willicia Jacobs was quick to assist and has since helped every step of the way to choose and plan my perfect honeymoon. She is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and somehow stays patient through all my indecisiveness. I am so lucky that I stumbled upon the best in the business :)
